I had some oragami paper laying around and really wanted to create some prints of cats wearing kimonos. These started out as hand cut pieces over linework and watercolor cats. My great grandparents were from Japan. I often find myself wanting to create things that symbolize that side of my background.
Yoko is the calico girl
and Yuzumi is the tabby boi.
